with VEGETABLE DYES
Henna plants have been known since ancient times as natural dyes and are traditionally recommended in herbal literature for dyeing hair, keeping it strong and healthy. The quality of the Henna varies according to the area of cultivation, both in terms of climate and the ground in which the plants were grown. Henna acts on the outer surface of the hair, creating a waterproof barrier that protects it from external agents making it stronger, healthier and visibly shiny.
Forsan’s Brown Henna, made from Lawsonia Inermis and Cassia Obovata, gives the hair brown highlights. In fair hair, it brings out the tone with golden or copper brown highlights, in dark hair it makes the natural hair tone more vibrant. It can also be used to cover white or grey hair.
How to use
Hair colouring: use 1 bag for short hair, 2 bags for long hair. Egyptian Red Henna is a natural colouring which is applied on dry hair so as to facilitate hair dying. Mix this powder with water until you obtain a thick paste without lumps. Before starting, brush your hair and remove all knots. Wear protecting gloves and apply the product across the entire hair length, one lock after another. In order to distribute this mixture, use a brush or simply apply it with your fingers. Carefully remove the excess mixture near the hairline, tie your hair and wrap in cling film. Leave in from 20 minutes to 1 hour according to the desired nuance. Rinse thoroughly and then apply the shampoo.
